Advanced Administrative Assistant Certificate
This certificate is for more experienced office staff who would like to learn new skills and move up in their current positions. Students build an ePortfolio as they go through their program that highlights the skills they have learned, as well as create a resume, cover letter template, and LinkedIn account to create a professional presence online.
Google Suite
Learn all of the functionality of Google Drive, including Docs, Sheets, Slide, Forms, and Sites.
Presentations
In this course learners will gain proficiency in the tools and techniques for giving presentations for multiple audiences. Tools include Microsoft Powerpoint, Google slides, Prezi, and other presentation platforms.
Career Advising
This course will prepare students for post-secondary education and/or the work place. Evaluations of work abilities and skills toward career pathways are major components of the course. Recognizing and overcoming barriers to college and the work place will be discussed as well as development of appropriate attitudes, time management, organizational skills, conflict resolution, and work ethic needed for obtaining and keeping a job. College placement testing, application, and campus tours, will be covered as well as cover letters, resumes, ePortfolio, LinkedIn profile, and interviewing skills.

Accounting II
In this course, students will gain a higher level of function and understanding in accounting practices. This course builds on the fundamentals achieved in Accounting I

These courses build on the basic Microsoft Excel principles and practices obtained in the Microsoft Excel beginner course.
(Prerequisite: Microsoft Excel-Basic or successful completion of Microsoft Excel-Beasic exam)
Microsoft Word: Inter./Adv.
These courses build on the basic Microsoft Word principles and practices obtained through the Microsoft Word beginner course.
(Prerequisite: Microsoft Word-Basic or successful completion of Microsoft Word-Basic exam)
